Elwood – Marvin Crim Art Open House

On August 20, 2021 from 5 to 7 pm, the Elwood Public Library will be hosting an open house for Marvin Crim of the WLWHS class of 1957, as well as other local artists. Mr. Crim has donated several of his railroad related paintings to the library. Most of them having a direct connection with Elwood’s railway history.
Mr. Crim will be at the Elwood Public Library from 1 pm to 7 pm the day of the open house for anyone that would like to talk railroad history or ask about his paintings.
At 5 pm Roger Hensley from the Madison County Historical Society will be presenting Marvin Crim’s Railways.
There will also be a few activities for the younger train lovers and cookies and punch while supplies last.
