Frankie’s Babes in Bookland

This program is every Tuesday from 1:00pm – 1:30pm and is for ages 2-5. We will read a story and do an activity such as make a craft or color! Siblings are welcome and registration is requested.


Frankie’s Family Fun Game Night

We’re breaking out the board games on the 1st Thursday of every month from 5:00pm – 6:00pm for some unplugged family time. We will also have legos for anyone to build a creation. Classics for all ages of players will be available.


Writer’s Group

This group for adults meets every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month from 9:30am – 10:30am. A relaxed and supportive space for new or experienced writers. No sign-up required, just show up!


Adult Craft Night


For adults 18+. All supplies are provided for this free program that happens every 4th Tuesday of the month from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. Registration is required.


Frankie’s Bedtime Stories


Come join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6:00 – 6:30 for a bedtime story. Feel free to wear your pajamas and bring in your favorite stuffed animal or blanket.


Frankie’s Fables & Fun


For kids K – 5th Grade, meet up at Frankton Community Library for books, games, crafts, or snacks! We meet every Wednesday from 3:30pm – 5:00pm.


Don’t Judge a Book By It’s Cover Book Club

For tweens and teens grades 6 – 12. Come to the Frankton Community Library for a book discussion, games, crafts, snacks and more every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 4:00pm – 5:00pm. The book for  January will be “Shatter Me” by Tahereh Mafi. We hope to see you there!


Overbooked: An Adult Book Club

This book club for adults will meet every Wednesday from 10:00am – 11:00pm at the Frankton Library. The group will select a book to read throughout the month and then discuss it when they meet the following month. Registration is appreciated and can be done by phone or in person. The books for January will be “The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot” by Marianne Cronin and “I’ll Be You” by Janelle Brown.


Family Movie Night

We will be showing a family movie on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Frankton Library from 3:30pm – 5:00pm. We hope you can make it!


Stephen Jackson Presents


Stephen Jackson will be coming to the Frankton Library on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00pm. February’s presentation will be “A History of Horse Racing Tracks in Madison County.” He will examine the storied history of eight unique racing tracks beginning with the first in 1850 to the present. The presentation takes an in-depth look at the local development of the “Sport of Kings” from its crude beginnings in our county to today where it has become a significant part of Indiana’s 1.3 billion dollar agribusiness industry employing more than 22,500 Hoosiers throughout the state. We hope to see you there!
